Letadium may interact with:

Food, Drink & Lifestyle

  • Take with water or drink
  • Avoid alcohol
  • May cause drowsiness—use caution when driving or operating machinery

How to Take Letadium

Adults:

  • Start with 2 capsules
  • Then 1 capsule after each loose stool
  • Max: 8 capsules (16 mg) per day

Children:

  • Not recommended under age 12

If You Miss a Dose:

  • Take it when remembered if symptoms persist
  • Do not double dose

If You Overdose:

  • Seek emergency medical help
  • Symptoms: sleepiness, nausea, constipation, breathing issues, muscle stiffness
  • Naloxone may be used as an antidote
